We operate our web sites primarily from our facilities in Boston, Massachusetts, United States of America, using cloud-hosting services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) located in the AWS US East-1 Region (Northern Virginia, United States of America), AWS US West-2 Region (Oregon, United States of America), and AWS Canada Central Region (Montreal areas of Quebec, Canada). We use the public areas of our web sites to provide general information about Ascent Technology and about our products, solutions, and services. We use password-protected areas of our web sites primarily to enable our customers, potential customers, business partners, and other interested persons to view non-public information about our products, solutions, and services; to obtain services; and to participate in product demonstrations and trials.

How We Collect Personal Information

Personal information, as used in this Ascent Technology Web-Site Privacy Statement, is information that identifies a specific individual, such as an individual's name, title, business affiliation, physical location or address, telephone number, fax number, email address, or SMS address.
